Join Alma Cocina‘s Executive Chef, Chad Clevenger, at The Cook’s Warehouse on Monday, August 5, from 7:00-9:00PM as he demonstrates his technique to making the perfect mole sauce. Mole refers to the dark red or brown sauce popular in Mexican cuisine typically made with chili peppers.
As a part of the 2-hour cooking class, participants will be able to watch the chef demonstration and taste samples of each item prepared.
In additional to making the mole sauce, Chef Clevenger will also teach you how to create fresh tortillas and a brine for a roast chicken to serve with your mole sauce. To round off the meal, he’ll prepare his delicious tres leches for dessert. To register for this event, click here.
