Alma Cocina continues its dinner series, Secrets of a Mexican Pantry, on Saturday, August 17 at 7PM with a menu featuring one of the most popular ingredients in Mexican cooking: corn. Executive Chef Chad Clevenger and his culinary team have designed a meal highlighting the savory or sweet flavors of corn.
