Join us at Ecco on Sunday, April 14 from 6:30-9:00 for a Sunday Share that will get you in touch with your caveman side.  This communal dinner is sure to get you in the mood to rediscover your ancient hunting and gathering skills.

Wild & Whole will feature a whole roasted lamb straight from our wood-fire oven served alongside a variety of dishes that feature locally sourced and freshly foraged ingredients.  Don’t worry about over indulging… these foraged and wild foods are much richer in essential vitamins and minerals, so not only do they taste delicious, but they’re good for you, too!

Some of the foraged dishes that will be served with the roasted lamb include:

Grilled baby leeks and spring onions with morels, house mustard and wild mint

Wild nettle gnocchi with Georgia shrimp

Farro verde with pickled ramps

Fiddlehead ferns with sherry

 Chevre with pistachio butter and wild greens

 Lemon fool with wild berries (dessert)
