So, if you’re looking for something that’s definitely not your mama’s brunch, I suggest you check out Ecco, which will be open on March 31 from 11am-3pm.

Along with many of your favorites, Executive Chef Craig Richards and his culinary team have developed a menu that also includes a few special dishes that will be available on this one day only.
