Catch Lure’s Gefilte Fish For Passover

ingredientsGefilte fish is a traditional Jewish staple of Passover dinners around the world. It is an appetizer made from a poached mixture of ground fish, eggs, matza or breadcrumbs, and onions.

Lure‘s executive chef, David Bradley, thought it would be a great idea to put his unique spin on this classic dish, using fresh pollack and Georgia rainbow trout. Not only will it be offered as a special on the restaurant’s menu Monday, March 25-Tuesday, April 2, but it will also be available for take-out that serves 4 for only $15 including an amazing housemade beet horseradish. It’s the perfect way to add this rich tradition to your table without all the work.

To order your take-out gefilte fish, please call Lure at 404.817.3650 before Wednesday, March 20. You can pick it up anytime Saturday, March 23 or Sunday, March 24. Mazel!
