I just got an email from Ecco with an amazing list of what promise to be absolutely delicious dishes that will only be available on New Year’s Eve. These extra-special specials are sure to add a little Mediterranean flavor to 2013. My pick: the roasted quail because Executive Chef Richards is a true master of risotto, having trained under the queen of Italian cooking, Lidia Bastianich. Don’t believe me, eh?
