Every knows that May 5 is Cinco de Mayo: A time to reflect and observe Mexico’s unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla. Oh, who are we kidding? It’s really about getting together with your besties and enjoying a day and night of frivolity, food and a cocktail or two, right?
